We had two postponed matches at the weekend (thank you rain for holding off until I got back to Oz) which left us with a single select, Guiseley, who won 3-1 despite a big drift in the betting.
We are quickly making up for a quiet weekend with six bets in the midweek fixtures.
Some of the odds this week are hard to fathom with Barrow looking like the pick of the bunch. Barrow have won 5 from 9 at home losing just once which Grimsby have won only 2 from 9 on the road.
Barrow have drawn two and won one of their last three home games and my ratings of those matches read: 25, 26.88 and 20.63.
Grimsby have also drawn two of their last three away games and won the other for ratings of: 17.88, 7.5 and 19.25.
Barrow have already beaten a host of the best sides in the National League in Dover, Lincoln, Chester, Macclesfield and Tranmere. $4.70 about them adding Grimsby to the list of scalps is just plain wrong.
