We’re off to Florida on the PGA Tour and to Bay Hill for Arnie’s tournament and the first renewal of the event since Arnie passed away last year.
We are going for two at huge odds this week, both of whom have course form.
First up we have Matt Every who won this very tournament in both 2014 and 2015 at a juicy looking $301. Why is he such a big price? I’ve a feeling his 18 consecutive missed cuts might have something to do with it.
In his favour are the positive feelings this event will bring while it should also be noted that his lead-in form figures before he won in 2015 were MC, 63, 49, 69, MC so he can bring a bog performance out of the blue and if he’s going to do it anywhere it just has to be here.

Morgan Hoffmann finished 4th here two years ago before missing the cut last year and those figures look a little like his recent form with a runner up finish at the Honda Classic two weeks ago followed by a 52nd spot last week at the Valspar.
It’s all about value as always and his odds of $201 are too big.
