We’re on a bit of a poor run in the National League with 8 losing bets on the spin. No point dwelling on it however and this is the worst it’s been in 126 bets this season so we’ve had it pretty good.
We’ve got four bets at the weekend starting with Forest Green at home to Grimsby.
This is second against third in what should be a good game. Forest Green have won nine on the spin at home, scoring 19 and conceding just four, while Grimsby have been almost as impressive on their recent travels winning four of their last five.
The bookies make Grimsby slight favourites which i don’t agree with. I make the home team $2.35.
If you have an account with SBO then take the $2.74 on offer with them, if not see what offer when they pull their finger out. They are currently 2nd top price on the A/H so should be close to SBO’s 1×2 odds.
Macclesfield’s average away rating in their first 12 games was 10.56 with a six game stretch at the end of that run averaging close to 14 which made them the best away side in the division for a while. Since then, however, they’ve averaged 6.94 and have become a team to oppose. Altrincham are no world beaters but their average home number in their last five matches of 11.98 is nicely above their overall home rating of 9.01 so they are in decent enough form.
1 unit Altrincham at $3.28 with
Lincoln‘s odds of $2.53 to beat Aldershot with SBO are baffling and surely won’t last. I can see them going off at around the $2.30 mark…but then i make them $2.20 so i would i suppose.
Either take the price with SBO or wait for Pinny.
Guiseley are inconsistant but they play Wrexham who have won once in seven attempts on the road since the end of last year so odds of $3.92 with are well worth taking.
