A crunch game between two old foes takes place between Parramatta and the Bulldogs at ANZ Stadium on Friday night.
Both sides sit precariously placed on the edge of the Top 8, and will know that defeat here could spell the end of their finals campaign.
Parramatta were victorious here 22-12 earlier this season, however it has been the Bulldogs who have the overall advantage between the two.
The Dogs have won 6 of the past 7 clashes with the Eels at this ground, as well as 13 of the last 23 clashes at all venues.
After losing 4 in a row, the Dogs find themselves in freefall, and will once again have to do without the services of five eighth Josh Reynolds after his display of lunacy last week.
That being said I can see them going back to basics here and playing a power game through the middle, and if they can harness the brilliance of Jarryd Hayne, I believe they can get their season back on track with a win in this one.
