Parramatta return to their home base of Pirtek Stadium for this vital Friday night clash with competition leaders Manly.
Parramatta have won 7 of the past 11 against Manly at this ground, however they have struggled in recent times having won just 2 of the past 6 clashes here.
Manly were victorious earlier this season 22-18 at Brookvale Oval, and the past 7 clashes between these two at all venues have recorded 40pts or more, however predicted track conditions may not be conducive for expansive football.
The Eels have won 6 of their 8 matches here this year and no doubt grow a leg when playing in front of their home fans.
They may also receive the ‘rub of the green’ with officials after last week’s debacle, so I can see this being very close throughout and as such will take either side to get the nod in a tight one.
