Wolves v  Brentford

It’s hard to make a judgement on Wolves at the moment because they got beaten 4 nil at home by a side just promoted to the division before winning 2 nil at Newcastle; themselves replete with premier league players, last Saturday. Brentford, we have on good authority, are the best side that Brighton have faced at home so far, so we fancy them at $3.45 courtesy of Screenshot 2014-05-03 15.52.18

Sheff Wed v Nottingham Forest

Wednesday are rightly favourites for this, and are likely to be in the mix for play-off places towards the end of the season because of their strength at home. That said, the motto at Hillsborough that says “Consiglio et animis” hasn’t resonated in their expensive, if hastily assembled squad there just lately. Like everybody else who reads it, they probably don’t know what it means. But I do, and also that the price for Forest is charitable with at $5.75 with Screenshot 2014-05-03 13.10.10

Fulham v  Bristol City

Fulham don’t look quite the unassailable Gods that some thought they were after three games. Funny that. Not that Bristol City have exactly set the world alight of late, but both these sides are looking better away than at home just lately, and that’ll do for us. Bristol City at $3.50 with Screenshot 2014-05-03 13.10.10

AFC Wimbledon v Shrewsbury

The Shrews have created plenty of chances in their last couple of matches, and in a mixed up tombola of a league they could well nick this one. We take them to do so withScreenshot 2014-05-03 13.10.10  at $3.50

Bury v Chesterfield

Bury have come into some form in these last three games, having taken the lead in each of them. The one before that, they recovered from going 3 down to draw, so they’ve got goals in them. So have Chesterfield though, and this one I fancy could see goals at both ends; so Chesterfield seem kindly quoted at $3.63 with Screenshot 2014-05-03 15.52.18

Northampton  v Southend

Southend’s form is as solid as a plastic bag’s, but they often pull out a result away at strong teams, and that alone makes them too big to be avoided $4.33 thanks to Screenshot 2014-05-03 13.10.10

Millwall v Rochdale

Rochdale defied the odds so many times last season that I’m still counting the money I got back from them. Best with their backs against the wall, they can’t be resisted here at $4.50 with Screenshot 2015-02-28 15.16.54

Colchester  v Accrington

Accrington should be favourites for this; not the $3.10 with Screenshot 2014-05-03 13.10.10
