Sergio garcia has been sat in 2nd or 3rd on 28 occasions since the start of 2000 and he went on to win 7 of those tournaments. Most recently he was 3rd after round 3 of the Players Championship in May of this year where he shot a final round 70 and remained in 3rd.
Michael Putnam -11
Putname has been 2nd, 3rd or 4th on the leader board after round three fourteen times, going on to win twice.
Scott Langley -11
Langley has been in contention three times on a Sunday in his short career, most recently at the Memorial Tournament when a final round 79 saw him drop from 2nd to 28th position. He started 5th, shot 70, and ended up 3rd at the Valspar Championship in March and dropped from 1st to 3rd with a round of 70 in last year’s Sony Open.
