The Tigers kept their finals hopes alive with an upset victory over the Dogs last week, whilst the Dragons were disappointing in their loss to Manly on Monday night.

Wests were defeated by the Dragons 44-24 at this ground earlier in the season, so they will be looking for revenge in this return encounter.

The Tigers have won 6 of their past 8 home games against the Dragons, and 5 of the past 9 matches against St George at this ground.

Interestingly the last 8 Wests Tigers home matches against the Dragons have failed to surpass 40pts, so this is an unusual trend given the perceived high scoring nature of this clash.

The big talking point will be Benji Marshall playing against his former club for the first time, so he could well be in for a torrid afternoon from opposition players and fans alike.

To me the Tigers have more points in them and a little more upside than the Dragons, so I will stick with the home side to continue their rise up the ladder.
